Product Fatures:

PV solar cable and wire is rated 600V,1000V,2000V,is suitable for ac and dc systems.It is rated 90,105,125 or 150°C dry and 90°C wet.

 

Single conductor, insulated and non-integrally jacketed, sunlight resistant, photovoltaic wire rated for 90°C wet or dry, 600V for interconnection wiring of grounded and ungrounded photovoltaic power systems as described in Section 630.31 (And other applicable parts of the National Electric Code (NEC), NFPA 70). Ratings only apply to certain gage sizes.

 

Electrical
1. The dc resistance: the finished cable at 20 ºC conductive wire core dc resistance is not greater than 5.09 Ω/km
2. The insulation resistance: the finished insulation resistance of cable at 20 ºC should not less than 1014 Ω. Cm, finished cable insulation resistance at 90 ºC is not less than 1011 Ω. Cm
3. The sheath surface resistance: resistance of the finished cable sheath surface should be not less than 109 Ω.

Conductor: tinned copper wire 2.5, 4, 6, 10, 16 mm² 2 PV1 – F
18, 16 and 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 mm² PV wire
Insulation: > 0.5mm thick with low smoke and halogen material, and meet the specified limit of the customer.
Sheath: low smoke and halogen free material thickness > 0.5mm.
